Adventurer in Need refresh rate

Anyone know how often the "Adventurer in Need" job refreshes in the DF?

I would assume whenever the need changes, but that's an assumption.

I think i might have broke the duty finder or this is just a figment of my imagination

The adventure in need, I noticed can change when u change zones, do a dungeon, or just close and re open the duty finder page. but it only changes if theres a high need of a certain class... (hence why Tank is always in for EX and level 60... and healer and tanking alternate for the rest)

When the adventurer in need is DPS more often than not I've noticed it's just that no one is queued for the duty

As long as you Queue when you see the Adventurer in Need on your class you get the bonus, regardless of whether it's still in need or not by the time you enter the Duty.
I've gotten a DPS adventurer in need a few times where immediately after Queuing it's a Tank in Need but I still get the bonus at the end.
