To counter, who cares if Satasha Normal becomes even easier if you have a synced 60 ninja in party who, gasp, hits 15% faster from Huton?What's the point? Further--it would be a nightmare to balance, as not every new skill is a straight damage ability. How do you truly balance Huton, Blood of the Dragon, Flare, etc...
You cant just slap a generic "effect-50%" on everything if sync'd because they would have to go through each ability and generate tiers of effect for every level cap. How do you balance WHM using Holy in a level 4 FATE? And if you make it dungeon only, you'd have to distinguish TWO different kinds of sync--dungeon sync, and FATE sync. Too much effort for no reason. Just deal with it.
How will we ever deal with having such -undertuned- dungeons being cleared like it was...well, like it was now instead of release?
