Extra message appears in battle chat when casting on yourself

Steps:
1. Set Cure / Sacrifice.
2. Cast it on yourself.
3. A message appears after casting the spell, "You cast [Cure or Sacrifice] on yourself to no effect." The spell still works properly with the result on the line above, ie: "You use Cure. You recover 53 HP."

It's a minor thing, but I figured I'd report it anyway.
- I should also note I didn't encounter this before 1.19a.
