1. nope
2. almost a year

1. Not really. I go on mostly to chat with FC members and do static things.
2. Almost 2 years
3. I was playing World of Tanks before FFXIV

1. Some things yes and others no. Overall I'm enjoying myself though but understand and don't necessarily disagree with a lot of the criticisms.
2. Since beta
3. Maybe? I was in an MMO bouncing phase for about a year before trying to find a community I enjoyed.
1. Somewhat concerned.
2. Technically, since 1.0. Didn't play for long. Been playing ARR since Beta 3.
3. Wasn't playing any MMOs at the time of ARR's launch.

1.No
2.Since August 2014
3.No

Personal opinions incoming:
1) No. I don't like the current trend that the devs have been taking the game to since some time ago (for whatever reason, including SE as a company as one of the "possible" reasons). I waited, I didn't like the stuff that kept coming, and I left. That doesn't mean that I don't care about the game, as that's why I still post my opinions; I've spent 2+ years here, for better or worse, and I loved it before the lazyness/"notenoughmanpowerbecauseSEdoesn'treinvestenoughmoneyinthegamethatismakingit", the lies, the boring and frustrating (NOT hard, said by someone that loved Coil and even Pharos -best fun I had when doing any dungeon- pre-nerfs) content, the "we can't do that"/"limitations" excuses, and their cash shop on top of a sub. I would like the game once again? That's on SE's hands, if they are able to make me feel once again that what they give me is worthy of my sub. Would I support them after another 1.0 fiasco if it happened again (I don't mean that it will happen)? Hell no, at the moment no, and much less once I stop caring about the future of the game (that's not far, to be honest), as obvious as it sounds. Does what I've explained have other consequences? Yes, at the moment I'm not inclined to buy other SE products, at all, as I don't trust them. Cause and consequence.
2) Since ARR's beta. The game had a soul back then, even with it's flaws, and it was fun.
3) I left GW2 for this game, as I was tired of their stance in regards to fully fledged and permanent content (AKA expansions, like in the original GW) versus their "everything to the cash shop, as we make enough money that way" revenue method (said by them back in the day), and I saw that Square-Enix seemed to start caring about their game and it's players (consequence of what happened, I guess) instead of seeing them as walking wallets that would take any crap thrown at them. But I would have left it anyway as, like I'm saying, I was tired of that and, even if I had some fun in WvWvW, I was annoyed by the rest of the game and it's direction. FFXIV just gave me something else (better back then) to play. There was more MMOs before, too, but that wasn't the question so I won't make this any longer.
Finally, five images worth remembering:

1) Are you currently satisfied with FFXIV?
no, i feel they have not try to bring new thing to the game for long, the model of the game is outdated and need a real change.
2) How long have you been playing FFXIV?
since the start of the V1
3) Did you leave any other MMO in order to play FFXIV, and if so, which?
