Sir, the actual tool references it as Sprint at the value of 1. Most run it at Sprint+1(or at the setting of 2).
So I am referencing SPRINT+1 because they are either in PERMA SPRINT or SPRINT+1 (because the actual SPRINT skill when activated can move it to the (2) value range.

As for the Heavy notation, at the value of 1+Sprint skill. The debuff Heavied = Sprint speed.

You can see the name of an opposing faction by typing /echo <t> while having them targeted
I guess that would not work if you cannot target them at all, but I think it would show up in the battle log too.

I'm truly enjoying that there have been two video proof threads of confirmed hacking, one involving a clear as day No-clip exploit, and yet there has been no response by the Dev's. It's stuff like this that makes the PvP community feel so loved lol.

I think what they did is clipped themselves underground. That way, they can see through the ground and target people but can be seen/targeted.
The Devs needs to find out how they got underground and fix it.

You can go to youtube and find all the ways to get underground there. There are tons of videos that show players going off grid so to speak and how they do it. All SE would have to do is a simple google search and then add and invisible wall to the next update.

I'm confused. Sprinting while under heavy doesnt make you run any faster at all. Sprinting is a god send to pvp. Would you rather walk away from them and get killed?

These scum cheaters use programs that allow them to run at all times and usually at a speed much faster than even a chocobo can run. It's disgusting and completely unacceptable.

That's not what this is at all. The (banned) program these cheaters use allows you to fall through ALL scenery, no matter where you are. For example, they can stand BENEATH the floor in Alexander & hit the boss but nothing can hit them. They can walk through barriers, float high in the sky and other nefarious stuff.

This is a great example.
Think of it like flying in Diadem, where you can sac monsters and with a little bit of range hold them while flying.

Practiced in reverse, a whole entire team of ranged dps can in theory drop below the ground and clear it w/o ever taking any damage.

Ah Ok, I have just seen ppl use pieces of the map or things onscreen to push against allowing them to do the same thing, drop down thru the maps and attack from below or access other areas you normally couldn't.
