    Sir, the actual tool references it as Sprint at the value of 1. Most run it at Sprint+1(or at the setting of 2).
    So I am referencing SPRINT+1 because they are either in PERMA SPRINT or SPRINT+1 (because the actual SPRINT skill when activated can move it to the (2) value range.

    As for the Heavy notation, at the value of 1+Sprint skill. The debuff Heavied = Sprint speed.
