    Global Cooldown

    I purchased FFXIV about a week ago. I was really impressed and still am; some things about the game are great and maybe the best out there. But does everything on mages share a 2.5 sec global cooldown?

    If so, not sure I'll continue playing the game, which bums me out... Or maybe it gets better? Just seems kinda slow...
