Ps4 HW installation question

I have the physical HW for PS4, no you do NOT need the disc in every time you play, the disc simply installs to your harddrive and you launch it like always, no disc required. I've not taken my HW disc out of the CE box since day 1 and I play every day

This is correct. I had the physical version of ARR on PS3, and this was exactly how it worked. After installation, it treats the game more or less as a downloaded title. You could quite literally throw the disc away after it was successfully installed.
