Those are the Arachne Field Dressing of Striking gloves dyed in pure white. The default white is a bit darker. The scouting gloves look exactly the same dyed in pure white as well, makes them appear like hand bandages.

Mine isn't super different from the ones here, but I haven't done a lot of MNK glamours before this alt, so I'm content.

I really like the temple circlet with the metallic blue. The feather has this really cool multicolored appearance.
