Turning in my Zeta - Unable to get a replica
So I woke up this morning very excited to attempt to begin the new relic questline. I turn in my Zeta and begin the quest line. I go to North Shroud to get a replica of the relic only to find that I apparently never finished The Vital Title quest even though I have the Z title on my character right now so I was unable to get a replica.

I ticket the GMs asking them to complete the quest for me so that I can get my replica and this is the response that I received:

"Hello and thank you for contacting us regarding your item restoration request.

We understand that you have turned in a Zeta weapon to complete the quest 'Soul Without Life' before you have completed the quest 'The Vital Title'. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause you, as we know how important the quest rewards or the ability to purchase a replica of your weapon may be for you.

Regrettably, items that have been traded in to progress in a quest are not eligible for restoration under the one-time item Restoration service. We are truly sorry for being unable to provide further assistance with this concern at this time.

While we unfortunately are unable to grant your request, we welcome any feedback... blah blah blah"

I never asked them for the Zeta back, I asked them to allow me to purchase the replica by completing the simple The Vital Title quest for me so that I could purchase a replica of my Zeta. All I failed to do was talk to Gerahlt one more time and this response is basically telling me that I have to do all the work all over again just to get a replica... which I wouldn't need if I got a BRAND NEW VERSION OF THAT SAME WEAPON...

Absolutely ridiculous, if the GMs aren't going to assist me with this I will unsub. Not going to support a company that treats their players like this.

Eh it's one of those common responses. They know it's a problem though. Check here for updates, and since there's very likely to be a hotfix soon, check after that too!

I don't get why so many people didn't do the final quest. You'd think people would check to see what the final quest was going to be, since all previous quests from the same questgiver was connected to the zodiac questline.

Is it really that difficult to understand? There is a cut scene that shows the zeta in your hands and then you have it... to be honest I never even knew there was another quest until I couldn't obtain the replica. I thought that that was the end.

How do you not see the giant quest marker over his head?!

I made the same mistake as I had several stages of relic weapons going - he had a red marker before I got my Zeta, I got my Zeta and he still had it - I got my weapon, the title, and a big flashy "ZODIAC COMPLETE" on the screen so I figured that was it - turns out "The Vital Title" was one more chapter in this "Days of our Lives" episode many people, like myself, didn't do, or even see.
