Not hard at all.

I'm pretty sure that nobody is really arguing that getting the crafted items is hard. It's time consuming? Yes. It will keep us busy? Yes. It's annoying? Yes. You can have your opinion that the crafting part is fine, but I personally do not agree with this direction. I would rather farm more dungeons or do more fates. Hell, I would settle with RNG, and I hate RNG with a passion. But crafting? If it really is their only way to bring crafting in the spotlight, they need to rehaul the entire base upon which they started building the expansion from.

so there's absolutely no reason to complain.

There is ALWAYS a reason to complain. Everybody plays and pays for this game, we all have our right to express our opinion.
