    FFXIV is a game, its a MMORPG, with a Pay-to-Play business model, 13$ per month aprox.

    You play FFXIV because you enjoy it, because when you have free time you spend that time playing for fun.

    Is relic fun? I mean, when you end your homeworks or at the end of workday do you really think "fine, I can play FFXIV and farm my relic now, It's gonna be pretty fun".


    Relic is not fun for more people...then,
    Why an entertainment company like Square Enix gives us content that is not fun to us?
    We are paying for funny content...

    From my perspective, Relic is not fun for me, I'm gonna ignore Relic, I have a static in A4S currently and I enjoy raids in FFXIV, I play for raiding, if the relic turn into "mandatory" in the future for raids, just I will leave the game because I'm not gonna farm this madness, but while I can complete content without the relic I'm gonna play ignoring the relic.
