So Astrologian's are the Masters of Time and Fate - and while other healers have side effects with some of their casts (such as Holy with Stun) Gravity doesn't seem to have anything that combines with it.

While talking with a friend I came up with the idea that since we are masters of time, why not allow Gravity to have a side effect of Slow - but in the sense of Skill/Spell Speed. When used it would slow down the rate of attack for X amount of time, before wearing off so it wasn't just a AoE Damage.

With Gravity just being a AoE Damage it doesn't feel like there is much to it, adding something else to it would make it feel like it has a utility to it that is also useful and might have people use it more. Imagine running though a dungeon, tank pulls a big group of mobs and the AST was to Gravity that whole group - now you have all those mobs with their spell/skill speed reduced for X time - which is a reduction of damage to that tank for the set time.

Anyone like this idea, or have another idea as well?
