Dear SE, Yoshi-P, GM, or anyone,
Due to my recent nightmare-like experience during a specific levequest in Nanawa Mines, I would like to share it with you.
Several following paragraphs will be descriptive writing, so if you’d only like to see the core information of this problem, please scroll down and see what I fill in using GM bug report template.
First thing first, I understand it is the nature of Nanawa Mines to be a big hassle for adventurers trying to commute inside the mines. It is full of aggressive monsters such as Miteling and Djigga. That is manageable either by killing the bastards off while we run pass or just ignore them and head straight to the destination, letting yourself outrun them and lose agro. This, I have no complaint with, as we adventurers must strive to better ourselves and thus have to wade through any obstacles with our might and wisdom.
Also, sometimes levequest target monsters would spawn in a “hell room” in the mines. Such hell rooms, for example, are usually full of aggressive monster like Gnat, Yarzon, and humanoid monster like Footsoldier. Some of them may be as high as level 40, which of course outrank us. Nanawa levequests are level 30, so adventurers who’re doing the LQ would be around 28-38. We may or may not die, but oftentimes we have to struggle with all our might to overcome the problem. This, though frustrating, is acceptable, too, for it can still be dealt with by either teamwork or sheer cunning.
Last but not least, sometimes LQ destination pops right in a hell room WITH a Notorious Monster. Bardi (wolf NM) for example (but I cannot recall the levequest name of where this happened). That room is always full of Yarzons and Fire Elementals. And to top that off, Bardi is aggressive. It is almost impossible to sneak in and pull only the LQ mobs and leave that room alive. But even if we manage that, and steal LQ mobs away from that room to stand in a safe distance and fight only the LQ mobs, sometimes those monsters would lose interest and try to return to their territory, rendering all effort useless and making us restart the whole process of stealing LQ monsters again. This is a big ordeal which is, most of the times, unbearable. But we still got by, sometimes by sacrificing a fellow adventurer for the sake of the party and levequest.
However, the recent implementation of monsters calling for help (link) has worsened it all.
The monsters along the path would call for help. And if 1 Djigga called an Iron Coblyn, while a Miteling called for another Coblyn, then that is total of 4 monsters on us. We can run away, though, so this is not too much of a big deal. The hell room WITH Notorious Monster is the problem.
Today I and my boyfriend had a traumatic ordeal during levequest Necrologos: Adamantine Wills. The Chit-something Coblyns which we had to kill to obtain necrologos pages would sometimes spawn in an NM’s room. Before, Kokoroon Quickfinger would never attack first, so it was ok. We only had to deal with Yarzons. But now, as soon as we peeked into the room, a Yarzon detected us and attacked. Kokoroon, in turn, hopped in to join the yarzon and used a ranged attack on my boyfriend, dealing 1000 something damage, instantly killing him while I ran for my dear life.
As adventurers of level 31 and 36, we do not have any chance against the mighty Kokoroon.
We spent so many minutes trying to creep into the room to steal the Coblyns away (my boyfriend died in the process). We also tried to steal Yarzon away one by one in an attempt to clear the front of the room from aggro. The latter method worked with some sacrifice and a lot of running. Eventually we could sneak in and finally pulled the problematic Coblyns and then finished up our levequests with only about 5 minutes to spare.
If this ordeal is what was intended for us adventurers to withstand, then I respect and will abide by it and would work myself more, in order to best the enemies even in such difficult circumstances. However, if this is not the purpose of Nanawa’s LQs, then please, please, pretty please, either reconsider the placement of LQ monsters, or reprogram NM to not link with normal monsters that are not of their species.
I do like the various challenges of Nanawa Mines. But having NM that is far beyond our level ambush and repeatedly kill us from linking with other aggressive monster is a little bit too much.

Additional short description:
NMs in Nanawa Mines are of very high level. Nanawa levequests are for level around 30. When NM links with aggressive monster in the area, it usually kills you in one shot, making it almost impossible to get to the LQ monsters. Please either stop making LQ target spawn in NM room, or please make NM stop linking with aggressive monsters in the room (when they’re not NM’s underlings). This (bad spawn spot of LQ monsters) has also happened during other LQ (cannot recall name) but in different room and different NM (Bardi, at (3,5)).
