3) Frequency of 30002 Error?: 1st time seeing it
4) What area were you in when the error occurred?: Limsa Lominsa Adventurer's Guild
5) What were you doing when the error occurred? : AFK waiting for repairs. Saw the error when I got home from work.
6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred?: No
7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error?: Can't say, I was AFK. Probably not many.
8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error?: Yes.

SE_James: Please don't sweep this issue under the rug as a general latency problem. There are too many people having this exact same problem shortly after the 1.19a patch who haven't had any connectivity issues prior. The 30002 error is a direct result if people's connection timing out due to too many packets being dropped within SE's network. If you will view my individual post regarding this issue and pass it on I think it will be helpful for your techs to eliminate the problem.
