Error (30002)

1) User Environment
1. – Operating System - Win7 Home Premium 64bit
2. - Antivirus program - AVG
3. – Internet Service Provider - Virgin Media UK
2) (30002) 1320494886, 21143712, 5.
3) Frequency of 30002 Error - I havent been keeping a track of the error number until today but I've crashed around 10 times this week so estimated around twice a day.
4) What area were you in when the error occurred - I was in Gridania
5) What were you doing when the error occurred? - It mainly happens when I'm crafting or I leave the game on but it has happened when I'm running in Gridania.
6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? No I wasn't in a party
7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error? 4
8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? Most time but I would say 3 out of 10 it would come back with a error log in message and then take me back to the main page to start the game.

Just happened to me again when I was making some tea come back a second later and it's froze again. Same as above just doing my crafting in Gridania but with Error code (30002) 1320502712, 21143712, 5.

Why does it keep on crashing? ;;
