2. - Antivirus program? (IE: Windows Defender, AVG, etc)
McAfee Antivirus Plus (I DISABLE FIREWALL WHEN PLAYING)

3. – Internet Service Provider?
AT&T // Time Warner Cable (at friends house)

2) Exact Error Message
(30002) followed by a bunch of #'s

as soon as i get another error ill post up the exact one im getting.

3) Frequency of 30002 Error?
bad day: up to 5-8 times in a 2-4 hour sitting
good day: 1-4 times in a 2-4 hour sitting
... and good days are once in a blue moon.

4) What area were you in when the error occurred?
Gridania (within city and southern Grid in the approximate area of Humblehearth aeth crystal)

5) What were you doing when the error occurred? (What type of actions, movements, etc)
Standing still (afk eating, but watching game screen), running (during leve), in-battle (URGHHHH) during leve, on chocobo, in-party killing mobs

6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? (Please provide number of party members if you were in a party)
There were 3 disconnects when I was in a party (full party of 8 and light party of 4)

7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error?
none were in the vicinity during leves, and 4-8 during party

8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error?
Yes, I would get kicked back to character selection screen, but after clicking on my character a server disconnect error appears and i have to completely exit FFXIV and relogin to the game. i would have to do this every single time i disconnect and it is getting very frustrating.

Side notes: Plenty of LS mates in the Kashuan server are getting this error and I want to point out that this issue is quite prevalent amongst players. This is also NOT an internet connection issue.

Just reiterating the frustration on this thread: I hope that SE takes note of this error and DOES something about it. I have been a loyal FFXIV player since day one and stayed true as each controversial patch was implemented. I feel that at this point, there have been many significant improvements in the game overall, but how can we (the ffxiv community) enjoy those improvements if we are being disconnected on a consistent basis. Find the crash bug and kill it SE. I will be more than happy to pay the subscription fee if this gets fixed. If not, I will /ragequit and uninstall forevers . Thanks
