    1. – Operating System? Win7 Pro 64bit
    2. - Antivirus program? Windows defender Im pretty sure..
    3. – Internet Service Provider? Cox Communications & Sprint
    2) Exact Error Message R0 and subsequent error 30002 occasionally.
    3) Frequency of 30002 Error? Less frequent then R0, however maybe a few times a day, usually during the nighttime hours.
    4) What area were you in when the error occurred? Been in uldah for the most part.
    5) What were you doing when the error occurred? (What type of actions, movements, etc) I'm usually doing crafting leves or DoL(mining or logging). This has occured at the adventurers guild, in the market wards, outside the front gate of uldah. I've attempted to craft there sense no one is around and its in a different zone. Sense it occurs during mining and logging, you can imagine im all over the place in uldah, and usually not around anyone. Maybe around one or two mobs.
    6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? No party
    7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error? Sometimes up to 20 sometimes by myself(or 0).
    8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? It will usually take two or three attempts. But this is likely due to my character still being logged in.

Edit: I was R0ing at the time I was attempting to sign out, and it came up with (30002)1318990681,21149099,5

I'm having the same issues. Here's my data. I hope this can be resolved quickly.

    1. – Windows 7 64bit
    2. - Microsoft Security Essentials
    3. – Cox Communications
    2) - R0 with complete freeze and very rare disconnect to 30002 Error.
    3) - very rare 30002 error.
    4) - Occurs in every zone, but seems to be less prevalent in the early hours EST. Peaks around 8pm EST-2am EST
    5) - Occurs sporadically in crafting, occurs predominantly when in combat.
    6) - Occurs solo as well as in a party.
    7) - Between several dozen, and none. Totally unplayable in crowded areas.
    8) - I'm able to log back in after a disconnect within 1-2 minutes, but never immediately afterward.

FFXIV is unplayable in XP parties.

    1) User Environment
    1. – Windows 7 64-bit 122gb Corsair Vengeance RAM. OCV brand Solid State HD, Nvidia GTX580 3gb graphics card.
    2. - No anti-virus program. Windows Security Center and Defender disabled.
    3. – Cox Internet service
    2) R0
    3) Frequency of 30002 Error? Never
    4) Area: Iron Lake Young Raptor camps and Zahar'ak near Broken Water
    5) What were you doing when the error occurred? (What type of actions, movements, etc) Fighting Mobs. Standing still.
    6) 8 member Full Party.
    7) 3-8 characters near me at the time.
    8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? Yes, but did not resolve the problem.

Honestly, it would be really nice to see some announcement that SE is aware of the issue and working to resolve it.

    1) User Environment
    1. – Operating System? Win7 64bit
    2. - Antivirus program? Microsoft Security Essentials
    3. – Internet Service Provider? Cox Communications
    2) Exact Error Message : R0, always, 60% packet loss. Can never do anything or go anywhere without a R0.
    3) Frequency of 30002 Error? Once or twice a day, mostly R0 though.
    4) What area were you in when the error occurred? It happens in all areas.
    5) What were you doing when the error occurred? It happens even if I'm doing nothing.
    6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? See #5
    7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error? It's irrelevant, I get R0 no matter where I go.
    8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? Yes, but its still R0 regardless.

ok so... havent been able to log in for 2 days now, 30002 error at now loading screen, i can log in an alternate character on same account, i just witnessed a mass DC in uldah on selbina, 12 LS members r-0 and got kicked at once, GM provide no help, cant contact tech support til monday morning, and you expect me to pay for this game? yes im gonna pay for a game i cant even play, good luck with that, hope SE goes bankrupt on this game, with all the new MMO coming out next year, you think this is gonna cut it? Have tried every solution possible, port forwarding, restarting, disconnecting all other pc, ITS NOT A PROBLEM ON MY END IF I CAN LOG IN ANOTHER CHARACTER WITH NO PROBLEM, 30002 has been a problem since game release over a year ago, you think adding materia and screwing over EVERYONE by making all the crafted gear dated is more important than basic game issues? You have a lot to learn SE... cant wait to rage on some poor customer service rep in 22 hours...

    2) - No error message - Always R0, sometimes I'm stuck in R0 for 2-4mins at a time.
    3) - Frequency of 30002 Error? Always R0, just standing in town or out trying to do leves, instance, etc...
    4) - What area were you in when the error occurred? It occurs everywhere...
    5) - What were you doing when the error occurred? Happens when I'm standing still or moving, fighting, etc...
    6) - Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? It happens when I'm solo or in party...
    7) - Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error? Doesn't really matter, R0 happens when I'm in town or out on a remote part of a map by myself...I constantly get R0...
    8) - Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? Yes, but I still get R0, I even went as far as to uninstall/reinstall FFXIV, still no luck...

    Everyone,

While I can understand your eagerness for a resolution, my last posting was misunderstood. I’m requesting further information only from those people receiving the ‘30002’ error, and I need the specific information that I requested, as detailed as you can make it.

For general latency issues, we have a Knowledge Base article available on the SQUARE ENIX Support Center website, that may be of assistance. I have provided a link below:

What do I do if I’m experiencing connectivity issues?

    This is insulting.

For you to even suggest that it is a problem with the customers connection is preposterous. This problem ONLY occurred since patch 1.19. Everything was fine before that.

I can guaranty you that everyone with R0 is getting the 30002 error your referring. I would recommend taking that into account in your gathering of the players information. I personally experience the error[30002] several times a day. It generally accompanies the R0. When the connection finally slows down to a crawl with the server, and you can no longer talk to an npcs, or issue any commands. Finally the FFXIV client disconnects, likely due to a timeout, and then that is when the error 30002 appears.

I understand the focus is error 30002. I originally directed players from the other thread http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...s-and-freezing. But I corrected my post indicating they should only come here if they are experiencing that error as well. I'm not trying to make this process difficult for you guys, just making sure you understand the problem that we are experiencing as a whole.
