BLM Anima: Yay or Nay?

Is it even worth getting? I mean, it's a 210 weapon if you survive the grind, but is it better than the Thordan wep? From what I hear it's actually a downgrade but I'm not sure.

I would say yes, to at least stay ahead or keep up with others. Stat wise it is not better and has no spell speed at all, it does however have higher weapon damage so that i guess makes it better possibly?
Testing will need to be done once people have it upgraded. I will say the loss of all the ss is pretty bad
If you do raids or Primals, etc.. i would still use eso or Savage weapon if you have it

It has no spell speed so I don't care about it. Even an Antiquated Lunaris is better then the end product IMO.

I think a better question is - is it worth getting/rushing and is it worth using? Using I'm probably going to say no, I honestly dont feel that an almost flat 100 spell speed loss cant be made up with a little int and weapon damage, that lack of spell speed probably means 1 less Fire IV... so.

I think getting it (maybe not rushing it) is wise because in later patches we have no idea how it will change

Well until I see at least 150 Spell Speed on it I'm not going to worry about it. If I want to waste time grinding I can go to diadem and get gear everyone can have a use for. The Zeta you sacrificed should have added their stats to the new weapon you created but no we couldn't have that could we.

You're theory doesn't really work if you were to turn in, say, a WHM Zeta in hopes of starting your DRK or NIN Anima.

Either way it doesn't work. They just destroy your weapon. Stats and all.

I think later on it will have more purpose hopefully some stat customization, but for now I'd say at lest casually work towards it, which you'll be doing anyway if you don't use the Law tokens for other classes.

I think it's worth getting it for later steps of the relic quest (since you might want to keep up to date with the highest possible weapon damage and maybe we'll get a chance again to decide on our wish-stats), but not worth using it yet, since the loss of all the spellspeed is too much.
My dps actually went up using it, no idea why though xD
Maybe I had too much spellspeed stacked beforehand?
