If they are seriously at this point of the game and do not have no idea how to play their job even at 50% then I think they have bigger problems then worrying about playing all the new content, its not SE's fault that those who rush the content and do not take Opportunities to better themselves, and plus it's asking new players to run more content that is also optional.

Its not that they're bad players, its that they're encouraged NOT to give a damn about mechanics and their job by being given content like this and tomes that rewards top end gear for nothing but time investment.

When tomes were first released, I took it as "Hey... this is a nice idea, it gives people a good set of gear to get into raiding". Then tomes became the MAIN content of end game.

I know exactly how that goes, but I was new at one time, I was terrible at all the jobs, and I knew it, but at some point you can blame the content and how its setup, but eventually people have to give a damn and think about how they can improve instead of blaming the system.
