[Recruitment] A4S Farming Static LF permanent MT/OT

Background Information:
MOGBUSTERS is a static that has lasted since Second Coil of Bahamut. We were formed by 3 English Speakers in Japan back in 2013 and have survived through the brutally savage difficulty of ALEXANDER.
We are currently farming A1-A4S

Currently Recruiting:
MT OR OT

Note:
-Please keep in mind that due to the fact that I already main MT, expectations to fill our MT slot will be MUCH higher than OT since we expect you to perform equal if not better than the current MT.

Raid Days/Times:
-During Progression, we aim for around 3-4 days of raid per week depending on everyone's schedule.
-Tuesday + Thursday are mandatory raid days.
-Raid times are 8:30 PM GMT +9 (Japan Standard Time)
-During Progression, we often raid during weekends.
-We are currently one-shotting/farming A1-A4S so until the next raid tier, we will only be raiding once/twice AT MOST for now.

Specific Personal Requirements:
-Good attitude.
-Take criticism (I know how to play all tanks so I will not blindly criticise)
-Desire to always improve
-Good Listener (Mic not required. As long as you listen to what is being called out in voice chat)
-Easy to reach via outside communication (LINE app)

Specific TANK REQUIREMENTS:
-Ability to stance dance and maximise Damage output while STILL maintaining the defensive capabilities of a tank
-Able to react in any situation
-To be able to play to OUR strat per fight (7 out of 8 people will NOT adjust for 1 person)
