SE Needs to add more housing wards!

More than housing wards, SE needs to do something about this stupid f%#$ing character creation lock. after over two years, it's getting to be absolutely ridiculous.

edit: That or lift the gil limit on a transfer off of overly populated servers, so people like me can sell our house and gtfo
