New relic stats. Being unable to change your stats (the main charm of having a relic). If you have cleared (for example) A4S as a BLM and got any other 210 staff. The high Det + low Crit staff relic is a downgrade.

Before you'll go ahead and tell me the first step of the 2.x relic. Let me remind you that relic was already available when 2.0 was released. We waited about 5-6 months for this. The very first step of the 2.x relic was also the most fun one. You weren't spending weeks hunting atmas on zones. You were killing content that mattered at the time.

Well, it's not like I was expecting a lot at this point. I guess it can be worth for those that don't have 210 weapons yet? That's until 3.2. This relic will be useless for all the BLMs in this game the second Void Ark drops Gob Dips.

I can't help but feel I was lied about the relic. It was suppose to be with me the entire time. The moment 3.0 happened, Relic stopped being useful for me. I waited 5-6 months to grind my way to get it to iLevel 210 and I can't even use it because I already have better. I feel cheated.

Side note : BLM weapon looks like a WHM cane. It's ugly on a BLM imho. I ain't an angel of life. I am the bringer of death :\

Only a very tiny portion of players have stepped into Alexander (Savage) let alone cleared it and obtained a weapon.

Savage should be the source of the best itemization. People should be happy that some of the new relics have good stats.

If I am not mistaken, you could not add/change the stats on the old Relic when you first got it. First step will probably always come with base stats and later steps will give you that option to add/change them.

I genuinely feel bad for Paladins. WAR and DRK get the two best stats. PLDs get Skill Speed to add to their already growing TP problem.

I've just come to shrug in response. PLD has a fair few issues that - ideally - need to be addressed but it seems like WAR and DRK will be the 'flashy' tanks that also deal out nice damage and feel more engaging due to their utility. PLD isn't terrible but we just feel like we're there to soak up damage and do little else - whereas the other two tanks get all the additional perks.

Having us be able to deal damage with flash would be a major quality of life change. It's tedious running old dungeons unsynced and having no AoE to spam. Hopefully we'll see things addressed in 3.2 though...
