Where are the Actons?

So.. yeah, the Acton is my favourite outfit, at least insofar as things I want Forra to wear go.

Of course, the Brigand's Acton and the Harlequin's Acton are still about but... where are the higher-end crafted Actons? Do they exist? Is it simply that nobody has bothered to make and sell any yet? Or are the developers really trying to relegate Actons to entry-level use only? I ask because.. well, the Harlequin's acton is locked to magic users, and the Brigand's.. I don't really like its colours. Plus neither can bear materia, either.

One of the things I've taken comfort in throughout all the changes and the removal of things about the game I liked was that the acton always seemed to favour the classes I liked, so it was unlikely I'd ever be forced to have Forra wear something I felt didn't much fit him.

So again.. are they gone? Is nobody making higher end ones? If not, what's the recipe so I can take a shot at it myself or have someone do it for me? If they are gone.. is this permanent? Or were they simply not in this particular wave of new items?
