So people are panicking over nothing and the Luminous crystals are unrelated to the relic then?

I don't know about that, but it did point out that stuff that would be considered "hints" would be left out. However those new crafted items that are otherwise apparently worthless are very likely related.

It's fun to speculate I guess. I don't know if people are freaking out yet.
