Map related drop maybe? One thing I notice is there are adjustments to map drops and they are all 3.0 maps. All the 3.0 maps are in the zones mentioned in those Crystal things.

Well maybe not like the 2.0 coertheras one.

It did say that items that would give away steps in the relic process were not listed. If maybe there was some new map we bought by turning in law tomes.... We would probably not have it listed there.
Just saying. It would fit about as much as it being a atma type thing. The new alexandrite, etc.

Considering the massive amount of adjustments that were made to atmas during the time the relic quest was being done. I think they'd want to distance themselves from a mechanic related to random fates. But, who knows...

I don't know about that, but it did point out that stuff that would be considered "hints" would be left out. However those new crafted items that are otherwise apparently worthless are very likely related.

It's fun to speculate I guess. I don't know if people are freaking out yet.
