I just did a word search for "atma" in the new patch notes.... zero results found.

Not saying you are wrong, but if you are basing this on something, I'd like to know source. I think many people would assume the patch notes since they were released very recently.

It seems like there are tasks to do though definitely. Things to make. A few new items to farm. Something in diadem I suppose as well?

I saw nothing about fates or atma, there very well could be but, I saw nothing new to indicate there were so far at least...

Oh you mean those things. I've seen stuff in the game like that already while gathering, well things named similar.
Who knows...could be.
