    Serious answer: The Anima weapon can be attained without the Zeta, ergo the weapon can (and mostly likely will) be earned with default stats. Also the base relic also had set stats, unless there is gonna be a custom stat option, but even then it is unlikely that it would retain the customized stats of the previous relic
