    On the old level 50 Star recipes...

    ...what's up with the double requirements? There's either two control requirements or two craftsmanship requirements. Which one is correct and what's the other one for?

    The first value determines the craftsmanship required to synthesize the item. The second value determines the stats required to be able to use Quick Synthesis.
