Stone, Sky, Sea resets cooldowns when you go into it.

No excuse for this to not be a thing in raids anymore imo.

Foe requiem doesn't have a cooldown.

On topic though, why isn't this a thing yet? At least 20 minutes of raid time per session is lost per session because we're going to wait at 30-60 seconds for raging or peanut butter or ilianity. It gets frustrating especially when you need the extra dps to beat the enrage for your first clear.
