This is a feature witch needs to be ingame. RIGHT NOW. People are asking this since the 1st Coil. And with a new progress coming in 3.2, it's sad it's not already done :/

I'd love to not wait that long every time we wipe...And also, in Thordan when you wipe, you get full hp and mp at reset, why isn't Alexander be like that too?

Sitting around chatting for five minutes every time you wipe is uh... fine, but it takes a lot of time out of the first couple of times you step in to the instance where you could be learning mechanics. For groups with limited time schedules, this would be a god send.

Welp. It's called Savage for a reason. Me personally I don't expect it to change. I'm pretty sure it's suppose to test my will, patience, strategy, and execution. If cool downs is a draw back o well that means my team gotta do better. All in all it amps up the excitement when you actually beat the floor. SAVAGE.. lol. On that note it is a good idea to have the cool downs reset on normal mode then have them not on savage.

The amount of time wasted waiting for HG to come back up after a wipe is just... excruciating. Completely useless and nonsensical that this is still a thing.

This we need this. I mean they fixed the food thing. It used to be you wipe and food buff was gone as well as the cooldowns. If the instance resets due to wipe your skills should as well. WoW and other MMOs do this. It cannot be that hard for them to figure out how to work. Sucks when you have to wait 2-5 minutes due to BV or HG or other major cooldowns
