FC and Personal Housing? Grey Gavel with a red check mark?

I saw two empty plots with a grey gavel with a red check mark icon on it. I can't find anything on this icon. What is it?

Also, I would assume there is no issue but going to ask. Is it possible to be part of a FC with a house and buy a personal house? I can't seem to find anything on that either. Thanks in Advance

Uhhhh I'm not positive, but I think a grey gavel with a red check mark means that the plot has been purchased, but a house has not been built on the plot yet.

And yes, you can own your own house while your FC has a house. :3
FC mates in my old FC had their own houses while the FC had its own house as well.

Can confirm that the icon you described is for a purchased plot with no actual house yet.

Can also confirm that several of my FC friends (our FC has a medium house) have their own houses, including the FC leader.

Confirmed that you can. My wife and I both have personal houses and are tenants at each other's houses. (This is based on already owning them when tenancy was added. I'm assuming you can buy a house while listed as a tenant but can't confirm this.)

Absolutely. It's kind of funny, because I'm a tenant for my friend's house who is in the plot next to me, so now I can teleport the 12 feet from my house to hers.
