Mog station error 401 after maintenance ended

Hello SE support,

I have been trying to purchase multiple items on the mog station, including the fantasia special. However each card i use even trying to add crysta to the account results in the error 401.
I have already checked all my banks, and there are no blocks, or restrictions in place. I have ordered plenty through mog station and haven't had this problem until now.

If i click on "Manage service options" it brings up a maintenance page, even though it has supposed to have ended. Maybe not everything was brought out of maintenance mode correctly?

Edit: Additional info 12/15: I also used the paypal option, and after entering in all my info and click "Agree and Pay" the page just refreshes and does not attempt to process the transaction. I contacted my bank again, and asked if they could see any transaction attempted by SE, GlobalCollect, or Paypal, and they see no charges attempted by any of those merchants on 12/14 or 12/15
