Suggestion: Allotments

I really want a house, I know who doesn't? When it comes down to it though all I want is a gardening plot to grow my own minion crops. So when they announced the housing reclamation I was quite excited; then they announced the login campaign and it left a really bitter taste in my mouth...

Rather than moan about it (though my FC have received a tirade on the subject today), I've been thinking that if I want it for gardening mainly, then chances are I'm sure its the same for a lot of people.

Therefore I believe that SE implement an allotments system, allowing one patch to be used by a player without a house. It could of course be instanced at the Greatloam Growery (that feels like it would make sense lorewise), and would allow for players like myself who are still locked out of the housing system to take advantage of gardening.

How about this. What if they added a set of gardening lots around the wards that you could say buy instead of a instance? It would fall under the 45 day reclamation clause but it gives player gardening without overloading the DF servers.

Could work equally well as long as there were actually enough, I was simply trying to come up with an idea, discussion and improvements are certainly welcome.
