Ive been running A4 for the past 9 hours trying to get the Shaft and ive yet to get a single drop. Yet i've seen one person win BOTH Shafts in some of my runs. I hate this game.

You'd love RNG if you won everything.
I don't mind RNG as a thing, but I am not a fan of how it works in Alex NM with the tokens. This has everyone wanting the same items all the time, so you're always bidding against 7 others. That added to the multiple tokens needed per item (4 for chest I specifically talking about).
Rng can be nice once in while but most the time it just a pain to deal with.
Count yourself lucky that you actually cleared A4 in Duty Finder. It's usually such a shitshow that it ends in vote abandon.

Ya you are more likely to get "the shaft" than actually get it took me forever too
I'm with Kaurie on this one...I mean, I've been in a fair share of really, really bad runs, but most don't end in a vote abandon. More often than not, it's a simple lack of people communicating beforehand (no waymarkers, no locations called, etc.)
That being said, I don't mind Alexander RNG too much. The fights are fairly simple, even in DF, and the runs don't take too long. I've gone dozens of times and still haven't received a bolt, but there's always the option of doing a premade party so you're guaranteed your drop.
WinterMaintenance is coming
Lol I love how this thread is up when we're getting relics tomorrow morning. Atma farming version 2! Hopefully that'll be in 3.2 though.
