Failed Glamour made items disappear.

Steps:
1. began to glamour over my legs for my MNK.

2. choose the item I was going to use to glamour over the ones I had already had equipped and wearing at time.

3. went ahead to cast glamour.

4. pressed cast glamour, menus closed and character started to perform the animation/glamouring process WHILE menus was closing.

5. and at the the end of this action glamour failed and got the note saying event cancelled.

6. but now my items and gear sets was bugged/glitched the legs I tried to re glamour over became the original style.

7. gear set I was in at time to perform this task was MNK but due to the fail the character attributes menu showing gear set glitched it to Rogue but showing I was wearing and still had equipped MNK gear while on otherside also my character was wearing a mix of items.

8. character was wearing LTW chest, NIN hands, NIN weapons, MNK legs, PLD feet.

9. when noticed this occurred I went to re activate my MNK gear set to try fix but found my items had vanished altogether.

10. so again I re equipped MNK gear set and found only wearing legs weapon and belt.

11. I looked in armoury chest for disappeared items but they wasn't there or in my inventory.

12. but now the item MNK legs I was glamouring with had now been glamoured to style I wanted.

13. due to server issues on patch day of 3.2 I thought its lag issue has early in day server closed crashed and kicked off world and character select menu character was invisible for short duration.

14. due to this I thought I will re log to try re solve matter and see if I get my items returned to me.

15. after trying this 1st time returning after logging out few gear items returned but not all so I did this again hoping to see rest return.

16. luckily my set had come back has I was feeling bit bad for length of time paying and playing game to have everything instantly just vanish.

17. so now I checked all gear sets I have and classes jobs to see if nothing missing but only to find my SMN soul crystal had disappeared and due to numerous re logs it still missing.

18. this is when I open a support ticket and a GM Nirusphoros came to the aid to help me with issue but wasn't resolved and was asked to put in a bug report here due to complication of bug, and must be passed to developer team has it can be investigated.

19. out of this terrible situation and bug glitch that occurred my gear items returned apart from SMN soul crystal which is still missing and don't own one and would like to see somehow that I get one back, after this issue bug glitch is resolved.
