As noted in the announcement, users who are planning to upgrade to iOS 9.2, make sure to update the Software Token app first, and then launch the updated app before upgrading to iOS 9.2.
  1. Update the SQEX Software Token app from the App Store
  2. Launch the updated SQEX Software Token app
  3. Upgrade to iOS 9.2
Don't forget to launch the Software Token app after you update it! If you run into any issues, please use your Emergency Removal Password to remove your Software Token and then re-register it again.
