This is starting to be a very annoying strategy game =.=
No one at my prefered plot yet (although I have a list of back-ups that are kiiind of okay too), so now it's a game of "should I act as if I am the owner by sitting in their furniture so people don't think it is abandoned" vs "I should stay away to not draw attention to it at all and just stand at the nearest market board", with a hint of "I should just stick as close as possible to the sign and hope my clicking skills are faster than others!" -.-
can agree with ya one I want and waiting by it since yesterday just to find this and now have to wait another day what just gives the owner more time to maybe get on or hope don't miss the window and someone else gets it nowThis is starting to be a very annoying strategy game =.=

im Just camping at the grand company NPC in the housing zone, checking restless for empty plots(hopefully the one i desire) and then start a chase off.
from what the one said be another 25hr till anything opens with the time added from maintenance so won't be till the 26th at the earliest
That cant be true. SE - come on?
Will the house look any different once it is available? Or will we just have to keep clicking the placard?
I don't see why they would factor in maintenance for it... they don't for our subs or anything else, so why should somebody who has been inactive for 45 days get the luxury of having something they don't use be delayed destruction...
I was counting on it being the time commonly listed, so got my sleep (what of it I could) along those lines... now it might, might not, could be at them times... there's no consistency with all these times being posted or if they even factor in this maintenance... so there's a chance, maybe, who knows that they won't demolish for 24 hours after one of them random times? Yeah... great, awesome.
Put a timer on the placard please once it enters a certain time in the inactive tier.
"I don't see why they would factor in maintenance for it," but I would say I don't see why they would start a free login campaign when they know everyone's waiting for housing demolition to happen.
The long and short of it is "because they aren't competent." Trying to reason with it is just going to hurt your logical brain.
