    Patch 1.19

Just want to say great job by SE on this patch. The Ifrit battle is very nice, and I hope to see many more battles like this in the future. Some people have trouble Dodging Ifrits Ground attack due to the ability animation lock, personally I dont see this being a problem for me, but other members complain its the reason why they can not move out of the way in time. Personally I think the ability animation lock is a good feature because it prevents players from just spamming abilities during main event battles, and causes people to be aware through out the fight making it more exiting and challenging.

Would like to see a little adjustment to the chat UI in the future, specially the linkshell chat. If possible could you guys implement a system where you can chat between all linkshells with out having to change linkshells.

    Example.

/1 would chat with linkshell one.
/2 would chat with linkshell two.
/3 would chat with linkshell three. And so on.

Instead of starting a new thread, thought I'd give my feedback on the 1.19 in this one ^_^

    Stuff I like:
Chocobos! <yay finally, can't wait till it gets expanded, so we can customise it and all that stuff ^_^>
Simplified crafting <great, it's not such a big pain to make things anymore>
Materia < really good, puts in a near constant demand for items ^_^>
lots of other stuff that I can't really remember right now >_>

    Stuff I don't like:
There's a huge gap in items at some levels, like leather pot helms they jump from Level 18 to next one being level 48 O.o... and why isn't there a steel elmo? ect.

Coloured items < the colour of an item should not set what stats it has... colour should be for looks and that's it>

Nor should colour set what classes can use it... colour a bandana which is all classes, green and suddenly it's DOL only huh? O.o

Also I agree with AdorraEloom, being able to talk in multiple shells without having to constantly change them would be grand!

I agree with item color should be for looks only, Most of my stats that I'm after require red, so not only is my characters hair color red my entire outfit is now red too, tooo red XD.

thought of something else I didn't like.

    Required levels on items.

I really don't see a point in this, the base stat reduction is harsh, and you lose all the stat boni if you do not meet optimal level or favored class, so why have a double system?
Why have adding a colour suddenly make it a required class/level, when the base item is not?
It really screws up the look as you like thing, especially if you like to roleplay.
