I'm having the same problem. Started happening about 1 week ago for me. Freezing began after the 3.1 patch, but the three instances happened far enough after the patch that I'm not sure if it's related to the patch or not.

Time: 3 different occurrences all at different times. I don't recall the exact times of all of them. All 3 occurred between 9pm-3am (mountain time).

Frequency: Sometimes.

World Name: Diabolos.

Character: Februs Harrow.

Class/Job: I was playing on my lvl 60 Pld for the first two freezes. I was playing on my lvl 60 War for the 3rd.

Party or Solo:

1st occurrence: Party (4 man)

2nd occurrence: Party (4 man)

3rd occurrence: Party (8 man, PvP, 72 man match)

In game time: Unknown (3 different occasions. 3 different times)

Steps:

1st time:

1.Completed Duty (A1 normal)
2. Leaving duty.
3. Froze on loading screen.

2nd time:

1. Crossed the line for the final boss of The Lost City of Amdapor.
2. Game froze on loading screen for Cutscene.

3rd time:

1. Entered PvP (Seal Rock-72 man)
2. Was mounted and riding to a Node.
3. Game froze mid transit, while in gameplay. No actions being done. Was not in combat. Was simply directing my character.

P.S

After the first time the game froze, I exited the game via Ps4 function (no shutdown or reset required. Ps4 operating system was still running fluidly in the background). When I attempted to log back into the game I was given the error code: "NP-36147-1," and the game would not allow me to go to the log in page. This error did not occur the 2nd or 3rd time my game has frozen. On both subsequent occasions I was able to shut down the application and reload it without any errors.

I should also note that the freezing has had no effect on my console whatsoever. Internet connectivity remains strong. I can play other games without issue or freezing, and the cross media bar is still running fluidly in the background when game is frozen.

I've had it happen a few times to me as well this week( twice this weekend) all times was during the loading screen from teleporting.. I'm on Lamia btw.
