Yea good luck with that cause the community on holiday break and won't be back for like 2 weeks, which I still don't think you will get any response even after that.

Well everyone's entitled to a holiday but I do hope they take notice of this. It's a persistent annoyance. Fixing it would make alts far more viable to play.
When I get bored in other games, I tend to make alts, either to replay the story or to try a new class or race. It keeps me subbed and happy.
I have alts here but the restrictions make them far less appealing than they would be otherwise.
