My character is level capped at 50 until I can register the expansion but I can't.

I have bought the Heavensward Collector's edition from steam [ comes with both ARR and HW ].

When I try to register the expansion through mogstation, the CD key given to me by steam says that it is invalid.

Anyone know a fix or if there's something I'm missing?
