My Rotation is more complex but it does more DPS than most rotations I have seen so far. Make sure you position yourself accordingly because moving for even a second or two can throw off the rotation due to the Enochian timer. I open with:

    Quelling Strikes→Ley Lines→B3→Thunder→Sharpcast→F3→Enochian→F1→Raging Strikes→F4→F4→F4→F3 Proc→Convert→F4→F4→F4→B3→ Thunder (or T3 Proc) → B4

After B4, while convert, raging strikes and ley lines are on cool down, I just repeat:

F3→F4→F4→F1→F4→F4→B3→T1→B4 (you will have to leave out T1 when repeating this again due to Enochian timer).

It always makes me so sad when I have just drawn my pretty, elaborate circle on the ground and the boss immediately spits some long-lasting AoE on it
I have developed the habit of standing on the edge of my circle so I can still use the other edge even with boss AoEs, but that doesn't help at all when some idiot always mistakes my circle for his and wanders into the middle just to drop the AoE aimed at him on MY circle

You say it's more complex, but all I'm seeing is that it's what everyone is using, but with added B3 and T1 in the opener. After some quick exceling, it's at best a wash with the other openers with TC proc in the ice phase and a clear loss without. It's also longer, which makes it harder to execute or even downright impossible to do in some fights -- A3S and Thordan come to mind -- unless you get lucky.

e: Slight error. It's better with TC and a long mana tick compared to the normal one. Still makes it too random and long for my tastes.

Yoshi-P is doing his best and is patching Endwalker. Please wait warmly until it is ready.

B3 -> Thunder -> F3 in your opener is nothing more than 2.0 BLM garbage please don't do this.
