Last Ditch - Broken or Misworded?

Last Ditch (50 GP)
Increases Item Collectibility. Can only be executed when item wear is at maximum.

When I tried using this skill, I could ONLY use it when item wear was BEYOND its maximum. Is this working as intended and the description is wrong? Or is the description right and the skill is not working as intended?

In the grand scheme of things, it really does not matter. You do not want to be using this skill anyway. Once you exceed the Wear on the item your chance of collection plummets to 10% and cannot be increased. Even a preemptive Sharp Vision (or BOT equivalent) will not affect that 10%.

Actually, experimenting with Last Ditch, it actually doesn't increase Item Wear when it's used, and it costs 50 GP. So... that's why it's important. XD

What an interesting point, it got me very excited in case it has been a bug all along. I never thought about that and just considered it an useless skill for when you are screwed anyway. If it worked like that, it gives a reason to push for 700 GP and would take the RNG away from many rotations!

Edit - Just noticed it. The wording "at its maximum" is for the botanist version of Last Ditch. The wording for the miner one is "beyond its maximum".
