I just wish, along with the refund for abandoned homes, they would have added the 80% for relinquishing homes too. (So you can move)

Or alternatively add a system where if you try buy another home, your old one is relinquished for 80% of land refund. This way you can upgrade to another plot/size/area once you save the Gil.
