Some ideas for AST I would like to share, I love the class but would like to see some alterations to make us more unique and not just a faux WHM/SCH...Too stupid or OP? What would you like to see changed about AST? Thoughts and suggestions!
Nocturnal Sect: Increases Healing Potency by X% and creates...
A Damage Absorbing Barrier equalling to X% of the Healing Done (Aspected Heals)
- Current effect
A Damage Reducing Barrier, reducing damage done to the target for X seconds (Aspected Heals)
- First Aspected Heal cast on the target, must drop off before being reapplied, affected by Time Dilation
A Surge of Healing Energy dealing X% Healing upon dealing a Critical Heal (All Heals)
- Healing splash effect either AoE or Single Target smart heal
A Time Dilation Effect, healing done over X seconds stores up and then bursts deal X% Healing (All Heals)
- AoE or Single Target, bursts automatically upon storing X amount or can be triggered by the AST, level I, II, III buffs shows how much is stored
A Reflection Aura, reflecting a portion of the damage done to the target back to the attacker (Aspected Heals)
- First Aspected Heal cast on the target, must drop off before being reapplied, affected my Time Dilation
Buffs:
Celestrial Opposition: Instantly change to the opposing Sect, restoring X% MP - X second recast - Sects still locked once in combat, CO would allow the AST to adjust depending on the situation
Collection Unconscious: AoE Regen & Damage Absorb OR Reflect OR Reduce Shield, moving breaks effect, can cast other spells, constantly drains MP, larger radius
Damage:
Malefic - Increased Potency/MP cost - becomes the staple attack spell
Malefic II - Deals damage and spreads Combust I & II onto other targets nearby - less time applying DoTs, more time healing/DPS/drawing cards
Combust I & II - Deals damage-over-time
Gravity - Deals X Damage to all targets around the Caster and consumes Combust I & II on all targets for additional damage - A finisher when DoTs are almost up, unable to spam due to MP Cost or Cooldown
