Complaints that I don't see in game

I've seen ice mages before, mostly in lower level dungeons. Some are willing to learn, some want to role play, others go, "I play how I want!"

*had a healer refuse to heal
*had a tank refuse to tank

These are the two I most commonly see. I mostly play SMN now, and it's ridiculous how many tanks either cannot or will not hold hate on more than one mob..
