Flying... wow, is it bad

Let me get this straight: you dont like flying, so you feel they should delete flying from the game.

Your opinion is now invalid.

Maybe I dont like call of duty. Maybe I dont like Megaman. Does that mean that they should be removed from existance because i tried it and didnt like it? That all the call of duty fans and megaman fans no longer get to own the games, the merchandise, and so on?

You dont remove content because someone dislikes it. You might change it a bit, but you dont delete the content. For some people, its their favorite thing.

I never had an issue with flying? Are the controls really that bad for some people? Even on the default it works perfectly fine... or is there something i'm missing?

I play on PS4 and the controls are just perfect, I do love flying mounts and I know many people do too. Like Charlotte Elise said, I hate crafting but not because of that Im going to ask SE to removed it because I know that many people like it, you must have an awful controller.

Yes, but I wanted to voice my final thought as OP.

It's quite clear from the forum perspective that flying is the best thing since sliced bread. Great. I still dislike it as a whole. I dislike the controls on the controller.

I know it is not hard. I do not find it hard to fly. I find it uncomfortable when using the controller. That's it.

My other gripe is the design of zones around flying. I dislike it because it only facilitates the need for flying. The new zones look great. They are vast. They are frustrating to do without flying.

I want to point out this post about flying in another MMO, one that FFXIV developers heavy look at.

Look, when you design around the need to fly, then you have no other option. Your point that "just don't fly and use your ground mounts" is irrelevant. I NEED to fly if I am to keep up. If I personally dislike it, and I do, I still NEED to do it in order to not slow down my game time ten fold.

I don't think people are against your personal opinion. They are against you inappropriate way to state your idea. I know everyone want to put their idea as if this was a newspaper and pass it as facts, bit that is not correct. Of you would have say this is why I can't tolerate flying and don't say they should eradicate it(reasons= cuz I, and considerate for WE, don't like it), people would have been more considerate. I like flying, and I don't like other aspects in game, but I have many other mmos and they all f*** up so I prefer to see and enjoy the good part AND when there is survey for me to do I ll do it cuz that will increase my chance to see something that I would like I game. Although i prefer to jsut send an email to them cuz forums is mostly just used by members and you will find members replying and not a lot of gms reading and sending a feed back to the dev team.
