Didn't brought a small one, just two medium (fc house at full price, private later for 22 mils with 30 % discount). That's why i don't know the exact price
And i've got the really old prices in mind (version 2.1 - Odin prices Small 8 - 10, Medium 30 - 37.5 + 1 mil for the purchase permits).
