Skill bar is reseting

I dont know why, but my skill bar is rebooting out of blue. All skills dissapear time to time.
Started after 1.19a , hm.

The same issue is occurring with me. After 1.19a, I am finding myself resetting all abilities, actions, & traits multiple times a day both when changing classes, as well as aforementioned abilities randomly resetting. Also, when logging off, abilities will also reset. Pre 1.19a, all abilities, actions, & traits would carry over to the next class, if changed, and always remain in place after logging off and back online.

Same here. Not only do my action bars reset, but my UI doesn't save properly when I log out. This all started after 1.19.

I was also having issues with the Skill bar post 1.19a. When changing classes, the action bars wiped (as the patch note addendum said it would the first time, so that was expected). Therefore, I systematically went through all of my classes and set my actions specific to each class.

The patch notes for 1.19a said: "When changing to a class for which action bar settings have been saved, those settings will automatically be loaded. Any recast timers in place will not be reset by changing classes" This was not the case, and I found that whenever I switched away from Conjurer (say, to Weaver to make a repair), then switched back, my cool downs on abilities would reset. This is a minor annoyance for most cool downs, but for skills such as Rebirth which have a 30 minute timer, it is beyond frustrating. I have tested this several times, so i know it is not an isolated occurrence.

Sadly, I have temporarily combated this by ensuring that EVERY class I have has the skills Rebirth, Tranquility, and Chainspell equipped in the slots on the action bar. Thank you for your time.

1. Set class to Conjurer (50), Set all desired actions on bar for Conjurer
2. Change class to Miner (31), (First time) all actions reset, set all desired actions on bar for Miner
3. Change back to Conjurer, all actions set previously are retained, but all cool down timers on actions are reset
4. Allow all cool down timers (even the long ones) to count down and become available
5. Change class to Miner and go mining
6. change back to Conjurer. All actions set previously are still retained, but all the cool down timers on actions reset again. *CRIES*
7. Change back to Miner, and add Rebirth, Tranquility, and Chainspell to the action bar in the same spots (ac 18, 20 & 25) where they reside on the CONJ bar
8. Change back to CONJ. Allow all cool downs to reset (again)
9. Change back to miner, then back to Conj. Finally, all cool down timers have NOT reset (but it shouldn't be this way!)

Yes I'm also having issues where my UI and configuration settings aren't being saved. I'm locking them and logging out properly and when I go back in they always reset. This is INCREDIBLY tiring and frustrating. I just wanna log on and play the way I had it set.

The cooldown reset only seems to happen on a few skills (namely Exaltation and Tranquility) I havn't see it happen for many others.

I DID have something bizarre happen to my cooldowns on another character... My rebirth cooldown shot up to 60 mins (isn't it 30 mins?) while I was in the process of putting it on every job's action bar.

Emdub - I'd like to add to the chorus of users that are having this problem. If you switch between classes that don't have certain skills equipped (i.e. say you set Tranquility on your CNJ, then switch to GLD) then switch back to that class (switch back to CNJ), the recast timer gets completely reset as though you just set the action.

This is very annoying since some skills have cooldown timers that last 5+ minutes. Please fix.
